The reason for taking this interesting course is to offer sound advice to oncological patients in this area, as well. The diagnosis of cancer itself is a massive elementary slice in the life of person and his closest relatives and nothing is as it was before. For some patients fighting for their survival, sexuality as an intensive bodily expression for the fulfillment of their basic needs for warmth, security and acceptance no longer exists. Offering these patients help as needed requires sensitivity and professionalism.
