Understandably, one expects a doctor to be competent in the field of sexuality. Until now, the fact that this field has been taboo also effected the medical education. Therefore it is with great interest that I am participating in the first course for Sexual Medicine of the Austrian Academy for Sexual Medicine, who is pioneering in Austria what has been long overdue, for the good of our patients.
